Consistent excellent quality

This is my third purchase from Brodark, this time a Damascus Steel Knife Set. As usual, the quality is top-notch. I've bought their Chef Knife and a Paring Knife before, and they've all held up beautifully over time, even with daily use. The edge retention on these new ones seems just as impressive. I really appreciate how consistent the craftsmanship is. The only minor thing was that one of the knife guards was a bit snug, but nothing major. I keep coming back because I know I'll get a great product every time.

Love my new knife!

Oh my goodness, I just received my Santoku Knife and it's fantastic! The blade is incredibly sharp and glides through vegetables like butter. I've always struggled with dicing, but this knife makes it so much easier. It also looks really sleek on my counter. I can't wait to cook more with it. The only thing is I wish it came with a blade guard included, but that's minor. Seriously considering the Nakiri next!

Good value on a starter set

I was looking for a decent knife set without breaking the bank, so I decided to try the 3-Piece Starter Set. The price was pretty good, especially with the bundle discount they had going on. The knives feel solid and sharp. It's a definite upgrade from my old set. I did notice the honing steel felt a little light, but for the overall quality and price, I felt like I got my money's worth.

Solid quality, worth it

Got the Utility Knife a few weeks ago. It's really good, surprisingly sharp right out of the box. Used it for a bunch of smaller tasks, cutting veggies, trimming meat, and it handled everything well. The handle is comfortable too, which is nice. I think it took maybe five days to get here after I ordered, which wasn't super fast but not bad either. Pretty happy with it, honestly.

Great value on bundle

I was looking for a new set of kitchen knives and Brodark's 5-Piece Essential Set caught my eye. The price was really competitive, especially with the bundle discount they had running. I felt like I got a lot of knife for my money. Shipping was free because it was over $100, which is always a plus. The knives are sharp and have made a difference in my cooking. The only small thing was tracking information updated a bit slowly, but it got here.

My new favorite knife!

I ordered the 8-inch Chef Knife last week and it is absolutely amazing! The balance is perfect, and it cuts through everything like butter. Seriously, prepping dinner is so much faster and more enjoyable now. I just wish shipping had been a day quicker, but that's a small thing. I'm already eyeing the Santoku Knife for my next purchase. I'll definitely be back for more and telling all my friends about Brodark!

Solid set, minor issue

I ordered the 3-Piece Starter Set and received it within a week. The knives themselves are very sharp and have a good weight to them, making food prep much easier. The magnetic knife bar I got separately holds them securely. My only minor gripe is that the packaging for the set was a bit plain; for a premium brand, I expected something a little more substantial. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about care though.

Good knife, decent shipping

I got the 8-inch Chef Knife a couple weeks ago. It's pretty good, cuts through stuff easily. The handle feels nice in my hand. Shipping took about 5 days, which was fine, but I've had faster. Overall happy with it though.
